Pricing assumptions and reminders
- Fixtures are allowed as a provisional sum of $2,480. Final cost adjusts to actual selections.
- Tiles are supplied by the client. Waste allowance of 10 percent assumed.
- Pricing assumes existing stud walls are sound and no structural repair is required.
Assumptions and exclusions
- Assumes clear and unobstructed access to the work area during business hours.
- Assumes existing waste and water services are in serviceable condition.
- Excludes electrical works, including relocation of lighting or exhaust fans.
- Excludes rectification of any asbestos, termite or water damage discovered on strip-out.
- Excludes painting and plastering beyond the wet area.
Optional upgrades (quoted separately)
- Underfloor heating to tiled floor area: $1,850 inc. GST
- Upgrade to frameless shower screen: $920 inc. GST
Program and next steps
- Estimated duration: 12 to 15 working days from commencement.
- Start date available from 6 April 2026, subject to acceptance.
- A 20 percent deposit confirms the booking and covers material ordering.
Terms & Conditions
Quote Validity
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs.
Payment
A 20 percent deposit is payable on acceptance. Progress claims are issued at rough-in and at practical completion. Final payment is due within 7 days of handover.
Warranty
All workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of practical completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied fixtures.
