Yes. Because Tradie Assistant is a software tool used for business admin and operations, the subscription is generally 100% tax deductible. (Check with your accountant, though.)
Yep. Go Account → Billing → Manage subscription to open your Stripe portal. Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period (no pro-rata refunds).
If you don’t cancel during the trial, your plan starts automatically on the selected tier. You can switch or cancel from Billing at any time.
No. Stripe handles payments and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We don’t store card numbers.
Yes. Stripe receipts include GST details suitable for bookkeeping.

Each subscription is for one user and one login. Shared logins are not allowed. If you need multi-user access or a team workspace, contact us and we’ll help with the right pricing and setup.
