Whether you’re setting up your account for the first time, double-checking a quote, or wondering why a tool gave you a weird result, our support team is here to help. We work with tradies every day, so we know you usually need answers between jobs, not after a week of emails.

If something isn’t working the way you expected, send us a message and include a bit of detail: what tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. Screenshots, job context, or any error messages help us get to the fix faster and give you a useful answer the first time.

You can also use this page to suggest new features. A lot of Tradie Assistant has been shaped by tradies telling us, “This part of the job is a pain, can you fix it?” If it saves time on real jobs, we want to hear about it.
